30 Minute - Zoom Client Check-In

This is a 30-minute 1-to-1 coaching consultation designed for current or online clients who want additional support, feedback, or programme adjustments. This service is for athletes aged 18 or older.

During the session we can cover:

  • Review of current training progress

  • Technique or exercise questions

  • Programme adjustments and progression

  • Goal setting and performance targets

  • Competition preparation and peaking strategies

  • Recovery, fatigue management, and injury considerations

  • General coaching advice and decision making around training

This session is interactive and focused on your individual needs. It is an opportunity to get clarity, troubleshoot issues, and make sure your training is aligned with your goals.

  • Sessions are 30 minutes in duration

  • Conducted via Zoom or phone call

  • Payment must be completed prior to the session to confirm your booking
