WHO IS IT FOR?

Our gym-based programme provides three 1-hour sessions per week, designed to maximise your strength and conditioning. Each session includes a variety of movements and holds, utilising gym equipment to target the key muscle groups and movements essential for peak swimming performance. With step-by-step video demonstrations, you'll be able to perform each exercise with perfect form, ensuring you get the most out of every session.

With this programme, there is no coaching or feedback from our coaches.

You will use the plan to regulate your training and progressions accordingly.

  • Your OXOLT team plan membership will renew on a monthly basis for £15.

  • We want your fitness journey to be the best it can be. With this, Oxolt has a free cancellation policy. You are able to leave anytime with no future charges. You can do this within the website version of the app, or you can email us: hello@oxolt.com

  • You will need access to a gym for this programme.

  • Through the Oxolt app, there are lots of ways in which your progress can be tracked. For each workout assigned, you can track both your weights and reps to ensure progressive overload over the period. You can view this over time using the icons within the app. We also track other variables, such as weight, fat % and heart rate. These variables depend on your training aims.

  • With the team plan, there is no coaching - although you can book a technique check-in session with your coach. We will also support you though, if you have any questions - let us know: hello@oxolt.com

  • As there is no coaching within the program, you are responsible to get clearance from a health care professional before starting a new exercise routine.
