Movement & Performance Assessment
Complete our movement and performance assessment either in person (Barnsley) or remotely. Your coach will identify areas of strength and development that will inform your training plan. We will also use our in house dashboard to compare you with other masters swimmers of the same event.

Application Process
Swimming is demanding. As a masters athlete, you need training that respects your body, your time, and your goals. With my background as a Masters World Champion swimmer and international powerlifter, I know what it takes to balance performance and longevity.
