The consultation will be delivered by Rothery Health, an independent healthcare provider. Although the service is booked through Ox Strong Health Ltd (OXOLT), all clinical advice and treatment is the responsibility of Rothery Health.
Payment Requirement: Full payment is required in advance. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Appointments may be cancelled if payment is not received.
Booking Process: After payment, you'll be directed to complete your booking on Rothery Health’s embedded scheduling page. This secures your appointment with their osteopath directly.
Pre-Consultation Information & Data Sharing: You’ll receive a pre-screening form from Ox Strong Health Ltd. The information you provide will be securely shared with Rothery Health to help them prepare for your session.
By submitting this form, you consent to Ox Strong Health Ltd sharing your data with Rothery Health solely for consultation purposes.
Confidentiality & Data Protection: All personal and sensitive data is kept confidential and stored securely. Your information will not be shared with anyone beyond Rothery Health, unless required by law. You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your data at any time, in line with GDPR.
Limitation of Liability: While both parties aim to provide a high-quality service, results cannot be guaranteed. You agree that Ox Strong Health Ltd, OXOLT, and Rothery Health are not liable for outcomes, except where required by law.
Right to Refuse Service: Both Ox Strong Health Ltd and Rothery Health reserve the right to cancel or refuse consultations where appropriate. This includes incomplete payment, non-compliance, or unsuitable cases for remote support.
